Floyd Rose on My Guitar?

I have an Ibanez RG120 and just spent $60 on a Floyd Rose locking nut for the head. Does anyone know how to tune my guitar and lock it good so that it will stay tune, if so, please do a step by step process please.

Floyd Rose on My Guitar?
It is verrry difficult to explain the process, so I suggest that you go to a local music store and ask them to show you.

Regardless of what you do, however, your guitar will not stay in tune because of string stretching, the springs getting weaker, etc.

On my personal guitars with tremolo I have Kahler or Wilkinson non-locking units, and then I use locking tuners and a graphite nut.

NEVER use the "harmonic" method for doing anything but initial tuning. If your guitar sounds "in tune" after using it then your intonation is off... it doesn't actually matter if all you do is pound on the strings with maximum distortion, but it is the wrong way. If you want the long explanation, look up "even tempered tuning" on the web or email me.
Reply:loosen the locks(using the allen wrench that came with it)...tune your guitar...lock them down(using the allen wrench that came with it)...fine tune using the harmonic method...rock out
Reply:Floyd Rose!!!

I could spend a year of hands on training with you and it still may not be understood.
