Rose Midge?

Whats the best way to get rid of Rose MIDGE

Rose Midge?
Diligent pruning and hand picking to remove infected leaves and buds. And please dispose of removed matter, do not let fall on ground, keeping the ground area clean. Also mix 2 T of dish soap in 1 gal of water. Pour just enough on ground to soak top area at least once a week. (You do not want to cause over watering) This solution is a good pest control. In this case not guaranteed to work but can't hurt.
Reply:Spray Malatheone
Reply:Unfortunately, the rose midge has no known predators and no natural means of control. Young larvae hatch in the soil, so the most effective means ofmcontrol are used on the soil to kill them as they hatch.
