Hi! I live in AZ and I have some sort of rose bush out side my house enterance. In full sun. It is pretty green and flowers once in a while. We are new to our home. Should I feed it? Anything special I may need to do??

If you like the rose bush definatley feed it.
Go to your local nursery and ask about fetilizers and feeders for the rose bush it would even help to take a picture of the bush with you to help the staff identify what type it is.
