Broken Ibanez Floyd Rose Tremolo?

I was wondering how to fix my Ibanez Floyd Rose electric guitar. The thing that is broken is that when I was changing the strings, I accidentally made it so that the "box" sticks up. Here is a pic of the part I'm talking about: http://contenidos.masoportunidades.clari...

--%26gt; like if you look at that picture, the southwest of it, theres the box where it says "...Floyd Rose Patents". That box on my guitar is sticking up, as if the tremolo bar is stuck down.

Therefore, this is making my guitar's pitch really low. How can I fix this?

Thanks

what u have is what some people call a floating bridge. i also have an ibanez and had the same problem. when you put new string on it, one by one it slowly pulls up the bridge. i was aggrevated with this when it happened... so i tried many things to try to fix it. what fixed it for me was to, slowly tighten each string slowly, switching strings frequently so that the pull on the brigde is balanced. after you get the bridge to stay down make sure you stretch out the strings and put on brigde locks so the strings dont go out of tune when you use the tremlo
