Reply:It is important to use only steam-distilled rose water as it has the strongest qualities for skin care use. Recommend to try 100% pure Bulgarian Rose Water. You can try to purchase such rose water from http://www.BulgarianRoseOtto.c... Report It
Reply:r u using rose water without mixing anything with it? if yes then it will damage your skin. use banana pulp. add some honey and rose water in it. then apply on face and neck. it will make your skin baby soft.
Reply:It tones up your skin. Are you expecting that rose water will make your complexion fair? It is a kind of conditioner for your skin.
Reply:you have not given the details about the rose water

there are many kind and brands of rose water: sometimes the rose water are available very cheep @IRS 5, with some smell to spray on the corpse: so be careful
Reply:I agree with cameragirl-- its probably a rip off, unless you see good side affects
Reply:its supposed to be good for your facce but idk if it actually works...
Reply:its just water with whatever they could get out of a rose, ur wasting ur money. ud be better to take petals and smush them on ur face
Reply:Find a good, natural Rose Water solution from a health food store.

I use a rose water and lavender mixture for toner and it's quite moisturizing on my skin.
