Rose help,advice?
! 'iceberg' rose is the best one that i know of!!! comes in a few colours but very disease resistant and flowers throughout the year and a beautiful plant and branches well. it's floribunda!
Reply:I love Knockout Roses. They are very easy care, bloom from spring until the first frost, resist blackspot and the Japanese Beetles don't bother them, either.
The blooms don't look like a traditional tea rose but more like a wild rose.
Here a website with some pics and info for you

Reply:this time of the year there all sorts of catalog companies out there, just go on there website and request one, gurneys, henry fields, stark brothers, just to name a few. you can even just type in roses.
Reply:any rose will do -be sure the area is in full sun. keep the roses pruned and deadheaded. planting onions or garlic is a great way to ward off aphids as it changes the flavor of the rose.
Reply:Here is a list of "Earth Kind" roses are very hardy, drought tolerant, disease resistant. These roses are fool proof and require very little in the way of human attention aside from an occasional watering and pruning. I've been growing roses for 20 years now and have begun purchasing only Earth Kind roses because of these facts. These roses come in many varieties like Knock out, English, Hardy, grandiflora, floribunda...etc. However, I doubt you will find any Hybrid teas because they are the neediest of rose breeds.
Here is a complete list:

Here are my two favorite breeders. These two will have most of the Earth Kind list and then some.
