I got my rose hair a mouth and a half ago from a pet store. At first she wouldn't eat anything so we had to send her to a spider specialist. So we've had her back so a week or so and now theres this small white glossy egg looking thing one in the corner of her cage. She seems to dwell around there alot and Im not sure if its a egg sac or not. Its small but its in a shape of a egg. So is it a egg or is it a dud? %26gt;%26lt;
Rose Hair Tarantula Egg Sac?
I have a chilean rose hair you picked a good one.
If fertilized, the female will produce an egg sac in the following weeks. This species produces large egg sacs, usually containing in excess of 500 babies. A mature male can be introduced to multiple females or can be reintroduced to a female to enhance the possibilities of a successful pairing. Typically, the male will die in the weeks following a successful mating.
Here a website will give you an idea on a egg sac and good luck.

Reply:if it is it is an egg cluster- not only one egg and you should expect a lot of babies 25+ so make sure your cage has no large openings and monitor it daily
