one person told me that their is going to be a rose festivcal in washington dc , closely to the big Pencil, but i need the direction. Please somebody tell me the adrees. Thank you for your coperation.
Rose Festival in washington dc?
It's the cherry blossom festival that you're probably thinking of. There is no rose festival held, outdoors or indoors, near the Monument.
Anyway, the Cherry Blossom festival runs from tomorrow, the 29th, through the 13th of April. Various events are being held throughout D.C. and the actual blossoms can be found around the Tidal Basin, near the FDR, Jefferson, and Lincoln memorials.

Reply:I agree with everyone else I have never heard of a Rose Festival being held anywhere around DC before... there is the Cherry Bloosom Festival which is very pretty
Reply:While there are a number of rose gardens in the DC area, and a number of festivals, in the last 25+ years of living here I have not heard of a rose festival. And there is no rose garden near the Washington Monument, except for the one at the White House (in which a public festival is unlikely to be held.)
There is the cherry blossom festival, celebrated throughout DC, with the blossoms located around the Tidal Basin.
