Im drying out some rose petals, does anyone know of anything creative that i can do with them thanks.
Rose petals?
Run a nice warm bath and throw them in. Hop in and enjoy the sweet aroma and relaxing effets.
Enjoy!
Reply:I have about 140 rose bushes in my yard and every year there are lots of people that ask if they can have some of the petal for their wedding. We usually take plywood and spread out the petals on it, then lay another sheet on top. It takes a week to dry perfect flat petals to throw out at a wedding instead of rice. The flowr girl can also use them on the procession. Any leftovers can be used for potpouri. If you don't use insecticide, you can use rosepetals in salads or decor on a romantic table. Some people even lay a trail of petals from the front door or dining room to the bedroom suite. very romantic!
Reply:Potpourri is always nice - or you can use them to line a page in your scrapbook. If you let them dry to the point you can crumble them you can make a mosaic design on a nice background and frame it for your living room. If you have kids you could use them in a craft project as ears for Styrofoam ball animals, you could sew them into a sachet for your intimate wear drawer, spray them with a craft spray and re-create your own vase of roses - you can keep that forever.
Just a few ideas - hope they helped
Reply:If you make homemade paper, you can mix in petals to provide nice colors and textures.
Reply:Mine are still in a vase,as potpourri
