Hi I really need help now I'm thinkin of putting a Floyd Rose into my vintage replica and I'm thinking of doing it myself[cutting a hole and stuff] anyone know what do do correctly??Pls reply Quickly I'm gonna get one soon on Ebay.

Unless you are a master craftsmans or have a guitar that you don't mind ruining, There is no way I'd attempt that. Too many things can go wrong. Take it to someone who's an expert and let them do it right.
Reply:Depends. If it's an arched top(ie Les Paul style) I'd forget about it. If it's a flat top, I'd still forget about it, becuase if you position the thing wrong, you'll screw up your intonation and just have a big bit of firewood.
