Single Rose or a bunch of Roses?

Going to pick up my girlfriend for the school dance tomorrow, and I was wondering whether I should get her a single rose or like a bunch of roses? We've been going out for about 3 weeks now.(I'm 17, she's 16)

Reply:First of all, that is so sweet. Too many times guys lack the romantic quality :) Good for you. I think that if you really, really care for her (as much as you possibly can in 3 weeks), go for the bunch. If not, definitely go with one 1 or 3. You cannot go wrong with a dozen...ever. Good luck!
Reply:Depends on the standard where you live. A single rose is very effective, unless most guys bring 2 dozen. Check the grocery store or Walmart for a good price on a bigger boouquet. Do dress them up a little--take off the walmart wrapper, and add a bow.
Reply:In this case what i would do is give her a single rose at the door when you pic her up. However, have a bunch of roses waiting in the back of your car (make sure she doesn't see them!!!) and then give the rest of them to her when you drop her back off at home. When you walk her to her door after the dance have the boquet of roses behind ur back. Just b4 you get to the door, stop her with a tug of her hand and give her the rest of them. You see by doing this the single rose b4 the dance will have a great symbolism and at the same time leave her wanting more. Then by giving her the rest at the end of the night, it will be the icing on the cake to a wonderful evening. OHHH but i forgot...after you give her the rest of the roses..and i mean like immediately after, cup her cheek with ur hand and kiss her gently on the lips. This will leave a long lasting impression in her mind.
Reply:well i can give u an idea when i was dating my hubby he gave me one rose for 1 month and 2 roses for 2 momnths and so on ....i thought that was very cute and sweet....
Reply:I think you should get her 3 roses have them make it into something that you can pin on her and tell her that each rose is for the each week that the two of you have been dating. Have fun at the dance, and i think you are very sweet.

Reply:I find one to little and a dozen too much. Three. Whenever I buy my wife flowers I always buy three with a little baby's breath and some other leafy things are it looks great.

Reply:for only having gone out for three weeks, a dozen might be a bit overwhelming. you should call the flower place early tomorrow morning and see if they can maybe deliver her a nice small arrangement before you get there, and then bring her a single rose :o)
