Rose thorn?

My sister is thinking about nameing her girl rose thorn good idea or not?

Do you mean Rosethorn as one complete first name? Or Rose Thorn, as "Thorn" as middle name?



As a complete first name, I don't like it.

Thorn as a middle name is is fine.

If her last name is Thorn, then it's a cute idea.
Reply:Rose is beautiful. If thorns doesnt bother her, or the child when it grows up, then more power to her. Do not let people talk her out of a name she truly adores. I am not a fan or thorn as it sounds rather...harsh and...prickley. How about using like, Thron, Tro, Tron, Tronee, Tawney, I know they may sound a bit odd, but give it time, they may work. Reply:NOT. If it were something sweet like Rose Bud or Rose Morning or Rose Bloom, maybe. But Rose Thorn is like calling that child a thorn LOL I just don't like the Thorn part...Makes me think ofa teenage girl with tattoos smoking in the girls bathroom and getting caught- no idea why, but that's the image that popped into my head.

There are a lot of beautiful names to put there instead....like Destiny....or Nicole....something to that effect.
