i have many rose plants but two of them(pink and white) are not producing buds from last 3 yrs?wat to do with them????

Marshmellow is on the right track. Place banana peels around the base of your bush, pack it down w/ mulch, and water it.
TRY THIS: Put the banana peels in a bucket of hot water. When the water cools to room temp, take it out and water your bush w/ it. Repeat for the other bushes.
This works. My wife did this with our roses and they bloomed until they were frozen in the fall. Even the bulbs near the bush multiplied.
It works on a variety of plants.
