i have the cd of the game ROSE online and i installed it and it wont let me sign in is it cuz im not at the philippines? plz help me

hi there are probably different servers for different countries. A lot of multiplayer online games do this so the game doesnt run too slow.
Also, I know there is a phillipines website for Rose Online that offers the CD, but there is also a US one. I'd suggest visiting the US site and contacting someone from support there who might be able to help you.
