Rose Water and Acne?
I've been told rose water is good for dry skin. I've used it for that. I never really saw a difference.

Reply:I love to use the rose water to refresh and moisturize my skin. It works great.

I love the rosewater from www.bulgarianoseotto.com Report It
Reply:no but i no something that will use pro active, it works pretty good.
Reply:it should help as it is very soothing . it wont actually help your spots it just wont irritate your skin. to get rid of your spots you should stick to a cleanse tone and moisturise routine morning and night, use a face mask twice a week and exfoliate your face two to three times a week. you don't need to buy expensive products they all work the same "simple" has a great range.

Reply:i find that clearisil works very well for acne.. my skin cleard up by the second day. It does have benzol peroxide in it so it might bleach. What i do and my doc told me to do is to turn the shower on so the steam opens ur pores, then put the clearisil cream stuff on, leave it on for five minutes. Hope in the shower and wash ur skin with clearisil face wash. It makes pimples smaller by the morning. i had a big honker last night and you cant even tell today!
Reply:like rose stem water? i dont know about that. i probably depends on the type of rose and the amount of time the rose wilted and such.
Reply:Huh? Rose water is used in voodoo however...
Reply:Personally I find that it is very good for stopping itch-ing which will result in acne. Seems, to prevent acne.
Reply:Yes, also use glycerine soap.

I found that umm Clean%26amp;Clear wipes work well too.
Reply:I use a rose water astringent from Bath %26amp; Body Works. I'm not sure if it's the rose water controlling the blemishes or if it's a combo of the rose water and the salycyclic acid (usually found in all blemish control products). But, I like it and its part of my daily regimine. I also use Aveno daily cleansing pads though.

Here's where I get my rose water skin tonic:

Reply:Rosewater wouldn't do any harm, but it wouldn't do a lot of good either. Witch hazel would be better but if acne is severe consult your doctor. Rosewater is extremely gentle and usually recommended for dry skin. Vitamin E soap is good.
Reply:There is some good advice here.
Reply:Sticky stuff and spots....anyon ??
Reply:rose water is a type of astringent toner (pore closing) it is gentle enough to use on nearly all skin types but i wouldnt recommenend 4 dry skin. there is something in it that dries oilness on the face. in a salon we use it wen making masks 4 oily slighty sensitive skin and combine it with kaolin powder which u can get 40m any salon supply shop. if ur skin isnt sensitive u shud use witch hazel on it ull get better affects faster also some1 advised to use glycerin soap dont it is highly moistuirising and oily
Reply:i dont know about rose water but you cant try home remedies which are given on site http://www.beautycare4all.blogspot.com .dont worry they are free.
